The History

Mortar Masters & Concrete Builders vestiges its beginnings all the way back to 2012. Noed L. Briones was doing well as a Corporate Manager in a well-known Multinational Company in Construction Chemical Industry. He started as a simple employee but driven with the passion he was then considered as one of the best employees achieving numerous awards. While working with an eye towards the future, He then meets Florencio D. Josol, who once worked as a Plant Manager in a well-known Batching Plant/Construction Company and the founder of FGCC Construction & Services, a construction company specializes in retrofitting and strengthening of bridges.

The principal activity of the Company is production and supply of ready-mix concrete, road construction, construction & repair of bridges, buildings, warehouses & other infrastructure projects for private & government industries.
